There are so many different eating habits among man-kind. Some of which, you can accept for who they are; everyone has a different cultural background, different kind of brought up and different kind of exposure to food culture. Recently I have encounter with more of these weird or different kind of eating habits. However, one that i can't tolerate is the one (a group of them actually) that carries LV or a luxury branded handbags, wears a Christian Dior sunglasses, branded apparel from top to bottom, probably pays up to thousands to fix up their hair every fortnight, in their 40s, sipping French Champagne during lunch with their group of ladies friends. Yes, I am hereby judging them by the way they carry themselves, nothing wrong with dressing up with branded apparel, don't get me wrong. You would have thought they are the well-educated, successful women in their 40s, expose to all sort of things, probably have eaten at a few michelin star restaurant in Europe. But when the...

Great! another new site dedicated to Perth coffee scene. It's exciting to see all these new coffee huts/shops/kiosk popping up on Perth's street. Visit http://www.perthcoffeescape.com/ for coffee reviews, checking out new coffee bar, or just to interact with other Perth coffee enthusiast. I'm liking the new scene. There will be more educated coffee drinker and the coffee quality will be expected to increase at the same time. I guess it's time to say good-bye to burnt and watery coffee! 

My matching colour coffee cup and saucer They are so expensive compare to the local coffee eg. Fiori, Rubra, 5 Senses. At $22.50 you only get 250g of coffee bean, but they are so aromatic, not too bitter nor too mild, just enough OMPH to last you for the whole day. Some of our local brand is very good too, i love Fiori and beans from Epic Espresso even our local Yahava coffee from Margaret River is very nice too! But if you travel overseas, you know you can still get good coffee no matter where you go, yup that's right, illy coffee will be there for you no matter where you are, when you needed the caffeine fix! :) Have you discovered any other good coffee bean around too?

I always love Japanese food, if someone were to ask me which Asian cuisine would be my favourite, being an Asian myself, I love all Asian food, but hands down to the Japanese cuisine. You know why? According to Wikipedia :"Japanese cuisine is known for its emphasis on seasonality of food, quality of ingredients and presentation." I personally love it so much because it is so simple yet so tasty, instead of having tons of spices working around your taste buds, Japanese food just let the good quality of ingredient speak for themselves. And it is very healthy too! My dad is always a big fans of Japanese food, so every now and then whenever we are to celebrate a special occasion, we would go for Japanese food. I am starting this blog just for the sake of dedicating to all the food and drinks that i have tried and soon to try. I know there are a lot of food blogs around the cyberspace, but food and drinks surrounding me, i can't help with that. Ever since glorious food and drinks relate to me closely, there isn't 1 sec that i am not thinking about food. Just blame hospitality, that's the epidemic you will get if you work in the hospitality industry.
